The March 14 General Secretariat called on Hezbollah on Wednesday to place its military and security capabilities under the state's control in order to pave the way for national reconciliation, in an indirect call for the Resistance party to be disarmed, despite all threats and challenges.
In a statement it released following its weekly meeting, the March 14 General Secretariat also urged the Resistance party to put an end to its hostile position towards the Special Tribunal for Lebanon and respect justice, ignoring the politicized aspect of the tribunal which turned to be a tool to target the Resistance axis in the region.
Once these matters are achieved, then a national salvation government would be formed, the statement read out.
